LGBT- PACT (Partners and Communities Together)
LGBT- PACT (Partners and Communities Together)PACT is an LGBT Group based in Cornwall working in partnership with Devon and Cornwall Police and other agencies including The Intercom Trust and Broken Rainbow in order to establish better working relationships between the Groups and communities.

The groups current priorities are:

1) Social, support and advice
2) Youth Engagement and Support
3) Community Safety

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) following a barrage of questions through the Freedom of Information website (including from Lord McDowel) about uninvestigate homophobic practises & attitudes of Cornwall police officers, referred complaints to the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary Professional Standards Unit.

These numerous complaints from gay persons HAD previously been sent to Cornwall LGBT PACT, but were TOTALLY & COMPLETELY ignored (or filtered out by police officers involved with PACT?) undelining the useless nature of LGBT PACT which DOES NOT represent GLBT persons abused & violated by Cornwall's deeply homophobic police force.

...but that is what happens when you allow the police to control GLBT groups & organisations

The irony is gay people with genuine complaints against police & who have been abused by police

...are excluded from LGBT pact!

I had to evict a homophobic and abusive lodger from my house and the local police and Pacts were 100% supportive at the time and in follow up - in fact I myself attended a Pacts meeting at their invitation as I was so impressed by the response
