As a part of Woodbine Villa Guest House, the sauna is open to non residents. All the usual facilities: rest area, TV/video room etc.
Woodbine Villa is an 18th century listed former farmhouse in the centre of the pretty Georgian village Grampound. It is furnished with antiques and is exclusively gay and non-smoking.

the sauna and layby  - Ben   |17-04-2009 The Layby is at grampound - it used to be enclosed with trees but the council and police got together and cut them down! The sauna ! ....its a dirty damp place with mouldy pine cladding on the walls ...theres a 'rest area' - thats basically a dirty matress on the floor in a side room . The place is full of older men - i dont think anybody under 30 has ever been there ! ....but if your into old fat men over 40 - its ideal for you. BE ADVISED IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE RENDY CLEAN MODERN SAUNAS you might have heard about in big cities - its all old men here LOL Reply 3   0
